A warm glow overhead.
Not a floodlight in your face.

Warm amber bistro lighting installed the right way. Commercial-grade cable, proper anchors, smart control. Built to hold shape through Houston weather.

Engineered for the way you use the space

Bistro lighting is a mood. Engineered.

The warm glow over a restaurant patio comes from a combination of specific things: the right color, the right height, the right tension on the cable, and hardware that disappears into the space. Each decision shifts the mood. Done right, it reads as atmosphere instead of decoration.

Warm amber bulbs chosen to match your home

We use warm amber bulbs, selected to blend with the soffit and entry lights already on your home. The space reads as one composition at night instead of two different color temperatures.

Weight on the cable, not the bulb string

A tensioned steel cable carries the load. The bulb string hangs clean underneath. Staying level through a Houston summer comes down to proper cable tensioning, and that's where we spend the time.

Weatherproof connections at every splice

Every splice is a direct-exposure outdoor connector, rated for year-round humidity and rain. That's what keeps the system running season after season.

Anchored right, controlled from your phone

Proper hardware into fascia and eaves, or weatherproof posts where nothing is there to anchor to. Smart controller included, so you dim, schedule, and switch from your phone.

How It Works

From site walk to switch-on. Typically a single day.

Most bistro lights jobs are one day on site, start to finish. Anchors, cable, bulbs, and smart-home setup all in the same visit.

01
Site walk & layout

We walk your space and identify anchor points (eaves, structures, mature trees) and where the cable needs to span. If no anchors exist at usable heights, we plan ground post locations up front.

02
Anchors & ground posts

Where needed, weatherproof steel posts are set at the right locations. Permanent, clean, designed to disappear into the space. Existing anchors are prepped and reinforced.

03
Cable, bulbs & smart setup

The cable is run under proper tension, the bulb strings are attached, and the system is wired into your smart home. Schedules, dimming, and voice control are configured before we leave.

04
Handoff and support

We turn it on with you at dusk and tune the dim level together. Afterward, a bulb out or a cable question is one call. We service every system we install.

Investment Range
$1,200 – $8,000+

Projects start around $1,200. Most installations average $2,500. Typically a single-day install. Longer spans, multiple cable runs, or installations that require ground posts reach $3,000–$8,000+.

Warm light is the point

The light that changes the room.

Warm amber light hung overhead at the right height does something a floodlight can't. It flatters food, faces, and furniture. It pulls the eye up and softens the space around you.

Full brightness for a dinner party, 30% for a late drink, off when you go inside. The whole feel of the space shifts with the dim level, and it's one tap from your phone.

Where it works

Any outdoor space can have this.

Patios & pergolas

The most common application. Cables run across or between beams, creating a warm overhead canopy above the seating area.

Open yards (no structure)

No pergola? No problem. We install posts at the right locations and create the cable infrastructure from scratch.

Pool decks

Overhead strings above the pool deck create evening ambiance without competing with landscape lighting at the water's edge.

Outdoor kitchens

Functional and ambient light above cooking and dining areas. Dimmable. Brighten for cooking, pull back for dinner.

Covered patios & outdoor kitchens

Cable runs along beam lines or from fascia to post, keeping lights above the cooking and dining zone. Dimmable. Bright enough to cook, pulled back for dinner.

Side yards & passages

Narrower cable runs between structures make underused spaces feel connected and inviting.
