Lots are smaller, homes are closer together, and what you do to your front facade is visible from the street in a way that larger properties aren't. That changes how you light a property. Scale matters. A setup that works on a 10,000 sq ft Memorial lot looks wrong on a 5,000 sq ft West U lot.
We've done a lot of work in both zip codes. The most common requests: architectural uplighting on the front facade, path lighting along the driveway and entry walk, bistro lights on the back patio, and holiday roofline installs in October. Both neighborhoods are fully within our holiday zone. No exceptions.
