These cover the use of this website. They are not the terms of your job. If you accept a quote from me, the terms attached to that quote are the ones that govern the work.

Prices on this site are estimates, not quotes
Every number on this website is a starting point. The instant estimate on the pricing page, the design studio on the home page, and the ranges in the cost guide all produce a range from a handful of inputs. They do not measure your roofline and they are not an offer.
Your real price comes after I look at photos of your house and measure the roofline from them. That price arrives in a written quote with a mockup of your home lit. Nothing is owed until you accept it.
The quote is the agreement
When you accept a written quote from LUX, the terms attached to that quote are what govern the work: what is included, what the deposit is, when the balance is due, what maintenance covers and what it does not, and how takedown and storage work. If anything on this website disagrees with those terms, the terms attached to your quote win.
Availability changes through the season. A quote does not hold a date on its own, and dates fill in the order deposits arrive.
Using the site
You are welcome to read this site, save it, print it, and share links to it. Please do not copy the photographs, the written content, or the LUX name and mark for your own business. Do not try to break into any part of the site, submit anyone else's contact details through the quote form, or use the form to send bulk or automated messages.
The quote form asks for your own information. Only submit details you have the right to give me.
What I can and cannot promise about the site
I keep this site accurate and current, and I fix mistakes when I find them. Even so, I cannot promise that every number, date or description here is free of errors, or that the site is always reachable. Prices and availability change during the season. Nothing here creates an obligation on my part until you have a written quote and you accept it.
The photographs on this site show the kind of work my crew does. Your own display is designed for your house, so it will not match any photo exactly. That is what the mockup in your quote is for.

Some pages link to the client hub, which runs on a separate address. Other links may point to sites I do not run. I am not responsible for the content of a site I do not control.

The privacy policy explains what this site collects, who processes it, and how to ask me to delete it.
Texas law
LUX Lighting Services is a Texas business and works only in the greater Houston area. These terms are governed by Texas law.
